- Answer You should definitely be able to use the screen as a monitor, but in order to play sound you're going to need some tweaking. I'd recommend double female audio cable connectors to put the red and white cables into. Next you'll need a red and white cable to 3.5 mm headphone jack cable. That should do the trick.

- Answer There is no battery in this unit. It needs a separate power supply. It does come with both car and wall adaptors.
