• French fires in airfryer would be ok for diabetics. The thing you have to be concerned with is portion control. Just monitor portions and carb servings

• Air fried french fries would be healthier than oil fried french fries however a diabetic should monitor their diet carefully and not over indulge in carbs and sweets and should follow their doctor's instructions as to their diet.
