Well, I don't see a question there, but I'd say damaged disk?? My Philips player has played everything I've given it ( although I haven't tried all formats, it even played a DVD burned on DVD-R). Is this the only disk that happens with?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did u try unplugging the unit and then restarting it? Or perhaps another movie disk to see if it does it again. Had an issue with one of my movies where the sound got out of sync. I turned it off and restarted it and it was fine. So far have been pleased with the unit.
