A:AnswerI’m guessing it’s just returned items in this case. I ordered two. The boxes were correct (white and color bulb) but the bulb inside was only the Philips Hue white one. Very shady move from whoever originally returned these, I think. I ended up returning them and just ordering a new set.
A:AnswerBased on my recent experience with the Hue Bulb, it doesn’t mean anything. Maybe that it switches on or off but the software version was hold, the compatibility with the system was hapzard and the item was defective and you only have a 2 week window to take action.
