“I’ve already asked a question here but can someone recommend me a product that does the same things as this one but doesn’t require a Ethernet cable to connect to the wifi. Thanks much appreciated”

As a network engineer, you want to wire this. If you can't, buy a switch. Never connect anything wireless that can be connected via Ethernet.
