They work like regular lights until they are connected to a bridge. Then, the added advantage is that you can adjust or turn them off remotely.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe. If your fan doesn't offer built-in dimming, then you can probably use Hue bulbs if the fan lights take a normal A19 bulb. If your fan offers dimming of the lights, as many with a remote control do, these bulbs may not work. All smart bulbs need full line-voltage, and it's common for dimmers not to provide constant 120V even when on "full power."
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes... as long as the power to the fan/light i s on, it will; then just controller the fan with the remote...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We put the decorative bulbs in our fan but as far as remote control I suspect that the remote would work on the fan motor but not control the lights. That I cannot answer. However, certainly each Hue light is controllable from the mobile app.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They will work as long as not on a dimmer switch. Must be full power. Also if you turn the light off with the app, to use your remote (light switch) you will need to turn the light off and back on to turn it on with remote or light switch for it to work
