Do these bulbs have the bluetooth connection? null

To be able to use them you must have an existing Hue bridge that connects directly into your WiFi router. The bulbs connect to the bridge for WiFi. So in a way they are Bluetooth. But they will not work without the Hue Bridge!

They connect via the hue hub a separate device that must plug in via Ethernet to a router or modem on the internet. Then you must download the app on your smart device to interact with the light.

No, although they are listed that way on the BB website. They do not have an integrated bluetooth receiver and need to be plugged into a fixture controlled by a Hue Hub or Hue dimmer in order to work via Bluetooth.
