“Can I use it outdoor?”

• This is what I found online.Just as long as the bulb is mounted in a moderately sheltered light fixture that protects it from rain, snow, hail, and other elements, then it’s fine to use a Philips Hue bulb outdoors. Just know that the bulb may not last as long as it could if it were used indoors in better conditions. Also Hue makes a special outdoor fixture. I am no expert you may want to research it further.

• I have them outside. But I have used them in light fixtures that the glass completely protects the bulb.

• They aren't designed to be used outdoors but have used one on my deck for almost 3 years.

• Yes, you can use them outside. Just make sure you have an enclosure around it so they don't break.
