They don't get hot at all. I don't know how long they last, but it better be a lonnnng time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have one in my front porch and, since you can set the brightness level, you can lower it if it seems to be getting too hot. They don't get very hot at all from what I've found though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First let me answer the porch light portion of your question. Bugs don’t even like these lights. 98% of them don’t even hang out around it even when I have it at 70%. It must be the no heat transfer portion of the element they’re constructed with. Bugs aren’t attracted to these bulbs. Yes put them on your front porch. If their LED bulbs made by Phillips they usually will last you around five years. Specially for the price we pay for them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had some of these bulbs for at least six months now I’ve got them in my outdoor porch lights and patio lights they work fine they do not get that hard at all I highly recommend them everywhere
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know the exact amount of time but I do know they last years, and the bulbs don't get hot at all, after being on for hours you can grab them with your hands.
