Yes, works with my Home and Mini. I have 8 bulbs total around the house. You can add a lot, I doubt many would run into that issue.

Yes you can add up to 50 devices to one bridge. Yes the hue system will work with both google devices.

Yes the starter kit which includes a hub, will work with google home and google minis. And you can add additional bulbs.

Yes Hue starter kit will work with google home and mini providing the kit comes with a Hue Bridge.You can add up to 40+ bulbs with the Hue bridge.
