You can set each bulb with specific parameters including geofencing so the bulb comes on when your phone returns home. You can also set them to come on at sunset and off at sunrise in the HUE app. I have not tried to alter the times the "off at sunrise" but you can probably change the off time.

In iOS, the Home (HomeKit) app allows you to schedule for things like Sunrise/Sunset. I have set our front lights to turn on at dusk. Our entry lights turn on when we arrive home.
