Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You either need a Echo Plus (which has Zigbee built in), or the Hue hub with a regular Echo. Please do note that hue hub does allow you to manage your lights better, especially with the ambience or colored Hue lights.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hue is Alexa compatible, however, these bulbs, along with all hue products, require a "Hue Bridge" to function. The Bridge by itself is insanely expensive (59.99), so I recommend buying one of the many "starter kits" that include a bridge. You have to buy more bulbs, but the bridge is basically free at that point, and even then it can STILL be cheaper than buying all those bulbs separately when the kits are on sale (Which they are, as of writing)

As far aa asking if they work with hue, I'm a bit confused.. These lights are the Hue brand. They do also need a Hue Bridge device connected to your router in order to work with Alexa or Google Assistant. I hope that helps
