• They are very similar. They are a little wider at the end than standard, but it's rare to find a fixture that has such tight clearanes

• They will fit in the standard light socket, but I think the bulb itself may be slightly taller.

• Yes, they fit the same socket as any normal/incandescent light bulb. They are a little flatter on top though but they feel like "real" bulbs.
