The question implies using the lamp outside of North America. It’s not simply a matter of power line voltage and frequency. The permitted uses of radio frequencies are different regionally. A device that can transmit on a frequency prohibited in a region won’t be allowed to be sold there. The ZigBee radio network has (many) channels for avoiding WiFi congestion that are region specific.
