• You don't. you buy a new light. These last for so long though that if you had one burn out that might be a bigger issue than the light itself.

• You don't change a bulb. It's all solder in. You would need to replace the entire assembly. The lifespan of LED is a very long time compared to the filament bulbs and CFL bulbs.
