• No. These are designed to go into an existing recessed lighting can/fixture. They wire in by screwing into the blub socket with an adapter that plugs into the bulb.

• No. It contains the bulb with included trim and an adapter if you need to plug into a regular "screw base" if needed for traditional can light fixtures.

• No, it comes as a retrofit to an existing 5" or 6" recessed housing. Super easy if you already have the housings, I did not and had to put in remodel housings. Remember if you happen to have 5" housings to turn the metal tabs to the correct position. I added a picture, this is everything included in the box other than instructions.
