• Can they work? Yes. Are they rated for outdoor usage? No. Would I do it? Yes. Will the elements affect the lifespan and longevity? More than likely. All that to say I'd probably do it but be prepared that if exposed to too much extreme heat, cold or moisture there could be adverse effects.
