• Short answer is no. Long answer is yes, if you add the Hue sensor to your SmartThings hub using a custom device handler from the SmartThings Community.

• Unfortunately these are just for Hue or friends of Hue products. Unless the Samsung is at minimum friends of Hue it will not work.
