• this integrates only to the Philips Hue products only, and is controlled by their portable device app.

• if the bulbs are zigbee and can be added to the hue app then they will work with this. otherwise you might be able to use a 3rd party app to trigger an event using this sensor with your bulbs. (smartthings can do this)

• Alexa and Homekit both allow me to use the motion sensors to trigger other automations. I'm sure Google will be the same.
