“I see nothing that states whether these bulbs are dimmable or non-dimmable...does anybody know?”

Yes they are dimmable I have two on my front porch and 1 on back works great very bright 0-100% brightness - no color

Yes--totally dimmable through Hue app.

I bought these lights back in December so I can tell you with 100% Certainty that yes these lights are dimmable via the Philips Hue App.
