I have not used the app that they just recently released so I’m not sure how responsive it is. I would think you could use both simultaneously, but I feel like you might run into some issues. I have been able to add whatever lights I choose using the sync box so you might have better control over the lights you choose versus the app
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can. The lights connected to the sync box will be controllable as individual lights for scenes and things in the hue app and also Apple HomeKit if you use that (I do).
