- Answer Nope, it's only powered on one end. Once you cut it the other end is pretty much useless.

QuestionDo these strips need a hue adapter or “base” bridge? Not sure what it’s called lol

- Answer To control the brightness and color of the lights with an app, the Hue Bridge is required. Without the bridge, the lights will still work but can only be turned on and off when plugged in or unplugged, and only then go full brightness in white only, which pretty much defeats the purpose.

QuestionI just want to confirm this works with the Hue Bridge and is able to be controlled remotely and thru Google Home? Best Buy says it does but the Phillips website only mentions Bluetooth

- Answer You can daisy chain up to 33 ft of these strips. You would need two separate sets to get to 50
