• Hello! Philips Norelcoe Click & Style is a Wet/Dry Electric shaver cannot be used while charging.

• Haven't tried to but you don't want to use really anything while it charges. It reduces the battery life

• I'm conflicted. When I first got it and it was still charging, the power switch let me power it up while it was plugged in. It did so for a few days. Then it no longer let me run it whilst still plugged in, but works perfectly fine when not plugged. It's very little trouble to unplug the cord from the base of the unit and equally little trouble to plug it back in when done. Just be careful of letting the loose plug end dangle into any nearby water. I won't make *that* mistake twice! j/k, but really, if I had, I wouldn't :)
