Hello! Yes, the Philips Norelco Series 3000 - S3134/84 is washable and can be used safely in the shower.

Yes, it's waterproof as far as the battery and internal workings are. And as with any electric shaver, the better the shaving lotion, the better the shaving results will be. (Do let it dry before storage, however.)
