• Hello! No. The Philips Norelco Shaver X3001/90 does not work when connected to the power outlet. Except when charging, always unplug this product from the power outlet. The shaver X3001/90 only works as cordless.

• No, this is not a corded or a corded charge type of razor...it is so much nicer not having to deal with cords.
