Hello! No, the Philips Norelco Shaver 7100, S7788/82 works cordless only.

It was given as a gift so I don't know but as far as I know all wet/dry shavers DO NOT work with a cord. Otherwise people would plug them in to extension cords while showering and get electrocuted.
