• It includes a power cord and a HDMI cord. However, it does not use the older yellow and red and white component cord system, it uses mainly the HDMI cord to plug into your tv or av receiver. It does have a connector for an optical audio cable to connect to your audio receiver, but does not include that cable.

• just the cord that attaches to the device from the TV sound port. Wireless headset syncs almost immediately. None of my cords are yellow. YouTube has great installation videos
