• It depends on the light setting - you can choose a variable setting from 1 to 10. It's quite bright at 10 and can light up an average size bedroom (like a table lamp).

• It can light up a small bedroom as much as a dim lamp. It is bright enough you could read a paper in the corner if your eye sight is not too bad. It is not that bright (note it is small), but it is blinding up close on the highest setting.
