Within the return window, BestBuy is able to assist with exchanging a broken unit for a new unit, but any broken bulb replacements, or other repairs outside of the return window will need to be completed under our warranty by sending this unit to our warehouse for repair. QuestionAre the bulbs replaceable?

- Answer Hello Annie, We offer a lifetime warranty on the bulbs and a one-year warranty on the unit from the shipping date. If anything happens to your unit within the one year period, we will send you a prepaid label to get it back to our warehouse and either fix or replace it. Within 30 days of the ship date, you can return your unit for a refund. Outside that one year, we ask that you pay to ship it to our warehouse, and we will fix it or replace it and ship it back to you at no cost.

- Answer Yes, Phonesoap does extensive testing. Right now they're testing its use for face masks but they won't tell you it works unless it's confident in its findings. Newsweek wrote a recent article on all they believe it will sanitize. There are several others stories about Phonesoap on the internet. Most are from reputable third parties.

QuestionThe directions leave a little out. But, did say something about it cleans the "bottom "of the cell phone device. So my question is: Do you put your phone into the device face-up (which the pix seems to look like, but fuzzy pix). Or, does it matter?

- Answer More specifically, per the PhoneSoap website (for PhoneSoap3): The UV light inside of PhoneSoap 3 is most effective on hard, non-porous surfaces such as phones, most phone cases, keys, credit cards, etc. UV light is less effective against fabrics and other porous materials because of the many shadows they create that may block the UV light from hitting the surface. The UV light can only kill germs on surfaces with which it comes in contact.

- Answer I didn't measure (not currently at home), but it fits my iPhone XR with an Otterbox symmetry case and a popsocket on it. There's about an inch extra width and height. My boyfriend's iPhone 11 Pro with Otterbox case also fits.

- Answer I've spoken to Phonesoap several times. What they will tell you is which items it sanitizes. They are: your phone, it's case, car keys, pens, and credit cards. They are currently evaluating face masks. Albeit, Newsweek has already written that you should us it to sterilize masks. The best way to get answers to any questions you have on Phonesoap is to call their national 800#. Their national headquarters is in Provo, Utah. They are very helpful.

QuestionI recently purchased this as a gift for a frriend. She tells me that there is only a USB adapter cord. Is that correct? I thought there was a standard power cord to attach to the wall. Do I need to purchase an adapter for her to use it. Need to know
