• The Velcro is inside the pouch. Picture is provided! I love the item it’s easy to spot when in a large black bag. It’s well padded. I would recommend! Good luck on your decision!

• The pouch has a Velcro and a red seams Inside of the pouch. This makes it waterproof and The silver material is a padded to make your phone float when it hits the water.

• Its safe for sweating, not swimming. The main feature is the insulation. While it will keep it from freezing it also tends to get hot at room temp. A frozen battery is a dead battery. I like it for the throw it in a bag and not worry about a dent safety.
