QuestionCan this device work connected to a duplex house? Would it be able to handle people using multiple appliances in both apartments at the same time or would I need to install two devices?

QuestionCan Phyn Plus be installed in a high rise condo unit? I have separately metered water and a too big bill.

- Answer Hello DianeD2020, Phyn Plus can be installed in a high rise under certain conditions. First, you will need to have access to the main water line and shutoff valve to your unit (they cannot be shared with other units). If you have access and your unit is individually plumbed like this, you will also need to have a PRV (pressure regulating valve) or check valve installed along with the Phyn Plus so that the pressure to your home is isolated so that the device can monitor your home accurately. QuestionCan the Phyn Plus be installed outside of the house in an enclosed metal covered box? We have electricity located there as well as the main incoming water line.
