Phyn Plus can be installed in a high rise under certain conditions. First, you will need to have access to the main water line and shutoff valve to your unit (they cannot be shared with other units). If you have access and your unit is individually plumbed like this, you will also need to have a PRV (pressure regulating valve) or check valve installed along with the Phyn Plus so that the pressure to your home is isolated so that the device can monitor your home accurately.
