"Network ready" when talking about an AVR means that the AVR has the ability to connect to your network. At the most basic level, this is to allow you to update the firmware... but typically today, "Network ready" means that the receiver can access the network to play streaming services (Pandora or Spotify), network radio, and local DNLA servers. It may not have anything to do with Ethernet-over-HDMI, but you'll have to read the product manual to see.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can set it up as wired or wireless depending on your network.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It means you can download firmware updates, stream certain on-line music sources from the Internet, and connect/stream audio from other devices on the network. HDMI has nothing to do with being network ready.
