• Get the Metra wiring harness adapter to make connections simple. Be careful with door panel clips they like to break but replacements are available at auto parts stores.

• Depending on the year of your truck, you shouldn't need anything extra to install them. Fits perfect in 2004 - 2008 F150. The harness adapters for the factory speaker plugs are a nice touch tho. Then just plug and play!

• You will most likely need a soldering iron. My front door speakers had a clip connector to hook them up to the car. I had to cut the connector off of the old speakers and solder it to the new ones.
