Just now seeing this; after researching on Google, there's high appreciation towards the TCL (with Roku). But essentially all brands should work; Samsung is aware of the issue that was previously written. Hope all is well! :)

Our Pioneer TVs, including the 43" Class LED 4K UHD Smart Xumo TV, are designed to be compatible with various cable services, including Verizon Fios. The issue you are experiencing with your Samsung TV not supporting Verizon Fios is unusual, as TVs generally receive cable signals through standard connections like coaxial or HDMI from your cable box. To use Verizon Fios with your Pioneer TV, you will typically connect the Fios set-top box provided by Verizon to your Pioneer TV using an HDMI cable. The TV itself doesn't directly "support" or "not support" the Verizon Fios signal in a brand-specific way. Instead, it displays the content that is outputted by the Verizon Fios set-top box through a standard connection. Please ensure that your Verizon Fios set-top box is correctly connected to your Pioneer TV via an HDMI cable and that you have selected the correct HDMI input on your Pioneer TV to view the Fios service. If you are still having difficulties, we recommend contacting Verizon Fios support to ensure your Fios box is working correctly and properly configured for your TV. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask! - Mae | Pioneer Support
