You have to go to the TV setting menu and change the sound Treable and bass as a minimum.

See the documentation that came with the digital speaker system or sound bar. 5 If you need to change the digital audio format, go to the Home menu, select Settings, then select Picture and sound > audio settings > Digital audio output and change the setting to Auto, PCM or Passthrough. 6 If you want to turn off your built-in speakers, go the Home menu, select Settings, then select Picture and sound > audio settings > Built-in speakers and change the setting to OFF.
