U have to follow the i struction at neginning of setup to link the remote
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried pressing the RESET button on the back of the TV? You may have to set your TV up again (Bummer) But it may fix the remote issues.. I would only do that as a last resort... However its worth a shot if you are stuck and have tried all else you can think of... Good luck, hope you resolve your issue.
