• U have to follow the i struction at neginning of setup to link the remote

• Have you tried pressing the RESET button on the back of the TV? You may have to set your TV up again (Bummer) But it may fix the remote issues.. I would only do that as a last resort... However its worth a shot if you are stuck and have tried all else you can think of... Good luck, hope you resolve your issue.
