“I'm only using this tv with a cable box.. Is there anyway to have the tv go directly back to the cable after turning it off and then back on? The tv always goes back to the input screen after turning back on. I'm using the HDMI 2 port on the TV.”

In the set up you can set a default input to go to when the TV turns on. So in the setting go to TV...and than input (Antenna and inputs I think it is called} and scroll down to default input and choose the one you want.
