Can I play cds and dvds on this unit ? null

No, this unit does not have a CD or DVD player.

There is a digital input for a CD and is a selection on the receiver. The DVD is combined as the BD/DVD option although the inputs are just for HDMI. Since you can play DVDs on a Blu-ray player this should not be a problem.
