Q: QuestionCan you connect a non-powered subwoofer to it ? I have a lower end Sony subwoofer.

• A:Answer You can connect it but there will be NO sound. You must have a POWERED subwoofer for use with this system.

Q: QuestionCan I connect speakers to this device and then connect it to a TV?Hi, I have a Philips 8 years old flat screen tv. I was wondering if I can connect my 4 sony speakers totaling 440W power to this device and then connect it to my TV. I have to connect this receiver though to the headphone output jack on the TV. Is that OK?

• A:Answer All you need to do is hook your speakers to the receiver your cable or video source to the receiver then just take the video out of the receiver to your TV. No audio into your TV. Everything goes through the receiver.

Q: QuestionXbox issuesI bought the Pioneer VSX-530-K and hooked all my stuff to it. I have not had an issues with blue ray player or cable tv, but when we play the x box one, the receiver shuts off about 20-30 minutes into playing. Any ideas?

• A:Answer Mine did the same thing. Finely died all together. Took it back and replaced it with a Denon AVR-S510BT. So glad I did. It sounds so much better.

• A:Answer No. With either method. Method 1 - This is a 5 channel amp, it doesn't have any additional channels for bi-amping Method 2 - Feeding the back channels the same input as the front. You can't do this either as there are no channel inputs. Honestly, why would you look at the cheapest Pioneer receiver if you want to bi-amp?
