A:AnswerAre you using the aux port to yoyr phone? If so your phone is set to automatically open Amazon music when your aux is connected. If your phone is at all like mine then your phones aux is sensitive and moving or jossling the cord will regain continuity and open Amazon music.

A:AnswerPurchase the $200.00 dollar installation service program it saved me a lot of money in installation cost. I got speakers , stereo, back up camera put in and with this program it was well worth the $200.00 I paid nothing but that for all installation charges. Which would of add up to well over that amount of money so thanks best buy for offering that.
Ask your service installation guys about it.
