- Answer To retain factory climate controls you would need an iDataLink interface module. This model does not support an iDataLink interface module. You should consider the DMH-W3050NEX. QuestionI have this unit I goy at Best Buy,last year, I had tout a new battery in truck, now does not work, it has power but just come up with bulk scree with basis options like c lock, demo etc can this be fixed// or do I need to replace, thx

- Answer The DMH-W3000NEX does not have a disc mechanism, it cannot play CD. It cannot control a factory CD player either.

- Answer If it is a factory SiriusXM tuner, provided with your vehicle, you would want to consider the DMH-W3050NEX and the iDatalink interface module. This will allow you to retain factory features. The SiriusXM input on the DMH-W3000NEX is only for the SXV300 tuner, directly from SiriusXM. Please contact our Product Support at 1-800-421-1404, select option 1. They can explain in further detail.

QuestionI have a wiring harness for a Pioneer AVH 4400 net but the unit itself failed. Can I plug this unit into the existing wiring harness and will the backup camera work and microphone? Thanks

- Answer You would need to do a side by side comparison of the two harnesses. Make sure the pins match up with the colors. The camera and microphone should work the same.

- Answer Hi Seg86! The Pioneer DMH-W3000NEX is compatible with Amazon Alexa via the Pioneer Vozsis app. However, it does not natively support Google Voice Assistant. If you prefer using Google Voice, you might consider using Android Auto, which allows you to access Google Assistant through your connected Android device. - Answer Yes, you can set up an appointment in store once the item and all other necessary parts are purchased as some items require special ordering (which can be done at Best Buy) so the date of the appointment would depend on part availability and scheduling availability.

- Answer If your vehicle has a a factory backup camera there are harnesses that can be purchased to retain the back up camera, otherwise you can purchase an aftermarket back up camera that can be installed at Best Buy with this radio for a labor fee.

QuestionI saw a comment from a different question that said it would not connect to a CD player. Why would you not be able to use the additional input function to connect the CD player? So there is no way to hook up to an external CD player and utilize input fun
