There’s a YouTube video of a guy installing an aftermarket double din stereo in a Buick Lesabre. Looks like you’ll have to trim out the factory face trim of the face panel due to the factory trim being rounded at the corners. Extra work, but can be done. The Con to this type of installation is you’ll never have the option of going back to the original setup unless you replace that factory face trim you’ll be cutting. Hope this helps. Good luck.
