Let them install it. Their work is guaranteed for the life of your ownership of the vehicle. It won't get messed up. They are trained to do simple radio installs. If you mess up the install, nothing will be covered in the event something goes wrong.

Took three hours to finish and not only not have to worry about the installation if I decide to sell my car and have the old unit reinstalled that is covered. You can also take your car to any Best Buy audio shops and had it checked out nation wide.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased mine at Best Buy and had the Geek Squad install it. They did a great job and even provided a quick walk thru to show me the features. I think stereo installation was about $99. If you want to use the included backup camera, that's an additional cost. I opted not to install the camera.
