It should. I just had it installed in a 2009 Silverado Hybrid 1500 without Bose. We share the same body style. You can use the factory SirusXM antenna but you need to purchase a new tuner, which, for me, gave me a much better display of album art and song information. They did install a new microphone up in the top, left corner of my windshield and it works fine and you really don't see it. It comes with the radio. Additionally, it added a backup camera that I didn't have but did have to pay an installation fee.
