“Will this drive work from the USB 3.0 port for both power and data on a Surface Pro 4. I understand I will need additional software for the blu ray discs, my concern is that the usb connection may not have enough power for drive. What else can be done?”

• The cable that comes with the Pioneer unit has two USB connectors on the end that goes to your device, one is for power, the other is for data.
