“I have plugged the unit into my Windows 10 PC and it is saying the blue ray disk is empty. Saying the same thing about a DVD. How do I fix this?”

• Try using a 3rd party software. I rip my blu-ray movies with MakeMKV and then convert them with Handbrake.
