Does this play in a dell inspirion null

Yes it will. The laptop I have is a Dell Inspiron and it works for me. Plug the USB into the laptop and it should/will show up on the screen.

It works best with 2 USB 3 ports.

Works with any PC that has at least 2 USB ports side by side and up to date drivers installed. Will need paid software to be able to read the Blu-ray encryption but should work.
