Eject the disk through your computer just like you would a CD.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When there is a disk inside, it's 'mounted' by the OS so the device is instructed to ignore the eject button. That doesn't really make sense for read-only media but that's how it is. So use eject command in the OS UI, it will work, no need to unplug it. And NEVER try that trick if you were writing on the disk, you might end up with bad data.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had same issue as well, my setup is connected to a qnap and a virtual machine running win10 i detached and reattached it via virtual machine tools to fix issue
