• The player does not work with windows 10 media player. I had to download VLC media player. I have not tried one program for playing and burning but I'm sure there is one out there. I had a problem with Cyberlink programs for burning and playing . Still looking for one that does it all.

• I have an IMac but I believe it will work with windows media player. I do know that software is need to read or write a Blu-ray Disc.
