• It is considered a “floating screen” and it does set out a little compared to a in dash unit. I have a attached a photo of this unit installed in my 2008 Toyota Tundra. This is an amazing head unit I love everything about it!

• The face floats outside of the opening for the radio. It’s similar to the way the radio sts in a Mercedes. Imagine u taking a big iPad with a piece of double sided tape an attaching it on top of your original radio
